Everett

As the largest city in Snohomish County, Everett serves a diverse community of over 110,000 residents. Located 25 miles north of Seattle between Port Gardner Bay and the Snohomish River, Everett features a historic downtown with a vibrant arts scene, dining, pubs, breweries, and family-oriented festivals. It also hosts the Funko headquarters.

Everett is accessible by car, train, bus, and air. Paine Field offers 24 daily flights to popular destinations via Alaska and United airlines.

The waterfront hosts Naval Station Everett and the Port of Everett, boasting the largest public marina on the West Coast. Providence Regional Medical Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital offer extensive medical services.

Education in Everett is top-notch with Everett School District, Everett Community College, and Washington State University at Everett. These institutions support major employers like Boeing and a network of high-tech and manufacturing enterprises.

Recreation includes skiing, hiking, biking, and kiteboarding. The city maintains a large network of parks and offers year-round classes and excursions. Angel of the Winds Arena features a community ice rink and hosts the Everett Silvertips Hockey Club, while Funko Field is home to the Everett Aquasox baseball team.

Everett operates under a mayor-council government with seven council members. The city provides comprehensive municipal services and operates enterprises like water and sewer utilities, solid waste, golf courses, a transit system, and a parking garage.
